Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed at 3rdBall. Please read them together with our Delivery, Returns and Privacy policies.

1. Who we are

3rdBall is a table tennis equipment shop based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: support@3rdball.eu.

2. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. Stock on the site is live; if an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we tell you and refund it in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are the final price of the goods. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place the order, through the payment methods offered at checkout.

4. Product information

Product photos show our own stock. Hardness, thickness and other specifications come from the manufacturer or the packaging; where a figure is converted between scales, the product page says so.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the 27 EU countries as set out in our Delivery policy. The goods are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to the parcel locker you chose.

6. Returns and your right to withdraw

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, and we extend this to 30 days for unused items. The details, and a model withdrawal form, are in our Returns policy.

7. Legal guarantee

If goods are not as described or turn out to be faulty, you have the rights given by law for 2 years from delivery. Tell us as soon as you notice the problem.

8. Complaints

Please write to support@3rdball.eu first; we reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt) or the consumer authority in your own country.

9. Law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
