Delivery

Every order is packed and dispatched from Vilnius, Lithuania within one working day, with tracking. We ship to all 27 EU countries and nowhere else, so there are never customs charges or import fees.

Delivery is free on every order of €99 or more, to every destination.

How long it takes

After dispatch, typically: Baltics 1–2 working days; Poland, Germany and the Nordics 2–4; Western and Central EU 3–5; southern and more distant EU countries 4–6. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Glue and booster

Some carriers restrict liquids on certain routes. If that affects your order, we tell you before we dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimate, or arrives damaged, email support@3rdball.eu. We trace it with the carrier and, if it is lost or damaged, send a replacement or refund you.
